Energy… we are balls of energy in motion.

We are either dissipating or accumulating energy in our field.  What are you aware of as it relates to your energy? How are you moving through time and space?

Our intention is to co-create a community of awake beings.  These are beings who understand the importance of intentional living.  They live on purpose and participate in a life that is based in reality- spiritual reality.  They are a group of people who understand that no energy is to be poured out on the ground or wasted.  All energy is to be used for the highest good possible.

How are you treating yourself?  What is the impact of your behavior toward yourself? What is any damage if any?

We know that the way we treat ourselves is the way we treat each other.  Our intention in teaching the soul practices is to assist each one to access full knowledge about themselves energetically.  Those who controls their own energy control their own world.
